Supplier management

　　Based on the technical requirement from the client, we shall preselect the potential suppliers by means of collecting their qualification document, reference list and technical communication. Afterwards, we shall audit the potential supplier’s workshop from quality, technology, facilities as well as management point of view. If the supplier has been preliminary qualified, it will be requested for quotation, invited for negotiation and possibly be awarded purchasing order.

　　Supplier management is integrated in project management. It will be put more effort during the contractual execution in order to train a qualified, reliable and for long cooperation supplier. After the performance of the trail order, we shall evaluate the supplier and find out if there is aspect to be improved. We shall communicate with the supplier to take actions and review the result. Even if it is qualified supplier, we still shall take periodical assessment.
